Winter got you down? WA Ultimate is bringing the festive cheer early with our annual Xmas in July Hat tournament! Join us for a day of mixed Ultimate frisbee that'll warm you up faster than a cup of hot cocoa by the fire. Click below for more details!

What's a Hat Tournament?

Don't worry about assembling a team – we've got you sorted! This is a hat tournament, which means all players register individually and our tournament director will draw balanced mixed teams after registration closes. It's the perfect opportunity to meet new players, make friends across the WA Ultimate community, and test your skills alongside teammates you might never have played with before.

Tournament Details

When: Sunday 27th July, 10am to 3pm
Where: Grenville Reserve, Tuart Hill
Format: Mixed teams drawn by tournament director
Skill Level: All levels welcome – from beginners to seasoned veterans

Whether you're new to Ultimate or you've been throwing discs for years, this tournament is designed to be inclusive and fun for everyone. The hat draw format means every team will have a good mix of experience levels, so you'll learn from others while contributing your own skills.

Cost: $25 per person
