Thanks to Sport Medicine Australia, WA Ultimate hosted an introduction to Sports Taping workshop last night.

Our presenter, Karli, took us through tips and techniques required for strapping ankles, knees and shoulders. The format was informative and interactive and everyone had a great time putting their new skills into action. Well done to everyone involved.
